Refund policy

We completely get it and we want you to be absolutely in love with your order. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order back to us. Returns must be received within 14 days from the days from receipt of receiving your package. Items must be in original condition. Please note original shipping changes are non-refundable.

Please emails us at contact@ruegembon.com and we will send you a return form. Follow the instructions on the return form  and return your items within 14 days of receiving your package to the address below. Please make sure to include your order # on the outside of the package.

Please securely pack and seal the return merchandise. To ensure that your return is adequately protected in transit, we recommend you to send the returned merchandise in a padded envelope.

All returns must be new and unworn. Upon receipt of returned goods, we reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements. We will process your refund as quickly and efficiently as possible for you. All postage costs for returns must be covered by the customer. We strongly suggest you select the most economical method possible to save return shipping cost.

Non-returnable items 

Please note all items purchased on final sale are non-refundable. Items purchased with a promotional code and during promotional periods such as BLACK FRIDAY and CHRISTMAS is also non-refundable.
